Dear Mancos Days Vendor Participant:


Mancos Days will be held July 25th-27th 2025. This year’s theme is "Little Town, Big Top".


This is an outdoor event, so please plan accordingly. Mancos Days will officially begin, Friday, July 25th at 10:00am.


2025 Booth Prices:

Standard 15x15 - $110

Standard 15x20 - $160

Non-Profit 15x15 - $90

Non-Profit 15x20 - $140

Mancos Student 15x15 – Free

 

Booth spaces will be sold first come first serve basis determined by date of application and money received. You must pay in full to guarantee your spot.

 

There are limited 120v and 240v plug-ins at Boyle Park. If you require these plug-ins, please bring the correct power cable you need and not a series of adapters and make dos. Also, prepare to be quite a way away from the plug in, meaning a longer cable may be needed. We will be checking all plug ins to make sure that there is no safety concern, if there is you will have to unplug.

 

If you have a Generator, no matter what you are selling, you will be required to set up on the east side of Boyle Park by the Horseshoe Pits.

 

Unloading and Setup

Booth set up starts on Thursday July 24th, starting at 12:00pm. For unloading, pull into the south side Boyle Park entrance and park to unload only. Once you have unloaded, you will need to vacate the parking lot for other vendors, park elsewhere - then come back to set up your booth.

 

IMPORTANT! VEHICLES CAN ONLY DRIVE ON PAVED AREAS.

DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS!!!! 

There are sprinklers underground that can be damaged. The Town of Mancos reserves the right to invoice any violators of this policy for damaged sprinklers.


Mancos Days officially begins Friday at 10:00am. The South Side Parking lot will be CLOSED. If you need to unload anything during the festival, you must park on Grand Avenue and unload. 

 

Do not move the cones in the parking lot at Boyle Park, we repeat: DO NOT move the cones in the parking lot at Boyle Park.

Hold Harmless Agreement and Release

This agreement is made by the volunteer, participant, any person taking part in this event, parent, legal guardian, whose signature is below in consideration of being permitted to perform as a volunteer, participant, any person taking part in this event, the parent or legal guardian for the event named above in Mancos, Colorado.

The receipt and sufficiency of which those names herein, his or her legal spouse, heirs and assigns do hereby agree to hold harmless the organizers, subcontractors, agents and employees of Mancos Colorado Days Association and/or the Town of Mancos for any and all loss, damage, injury, death or claims, whether caused by active or passive negligence of the owner/operator or otherwise at any point in time during which those names within are participating in this event. Those names within agree specifically not to sue, claim damages or pursue legal avenues of harassment.

 

The vendor, volunteer, participant, any person taking part in this event, parent, legal guardian agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the owner/operator or otherwise from any and all actions, claims, judgements, loss, liability, damage or cost including attorney’s fees incurred due to the presence of those named herein participating in this event.

 

The vendor, volunteer, participant, any person taking part in this event, parent, legal guardian, expressly agrees that this Release Waiver and Hold-Harmless Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Colorado, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force effect.

*Booth spaces are sold on a first come first sold basis by date application received

*You will be notified by email of acceptance of application and payment

*No refunds for inclement weather or vendor cancel

*All food vendors must be approved by the Montezuma County Health Department and have proper forms: Montezuma County Health Department.

*Vendors will provide their own tents, shades, awnings, tables and chairs, signs, cords etc. These items must be secure and tied down with sandbags so that they do not cause injury or damage.

*All vendors using liquefied gas products for their activities shall be required to have a first aid kit and a 5lb fire extinguisher at their booth.


*Only political candidate signage and campaign materials specific to Montezuma County and Colorado are allowed. Most importantly, the candidate must be present.


*The sale of articles, considered potentially harmful or dangerous to the health, comfort or safety of participants, is prohibited. Vendors attempting to sell any of these items will be asked to leave without a refund.

*Security will not be provided. Secure your booths overnight. You may also camp overnight if you feel necessary. If so, please contact Mancos Days so they can let the town know and give you a camping voucher.

*Please keep your booth areas clean and free of trash.

*All vendors must check in at the Mancos Days Info Booth on Thursday BEFORE setting up. Check in starts at 12:00pm

*No unloading in the parking lot after 8:00am Friday.

*No driving over cords or through the grass.
